When vacuum pumps are shut down, the negative pressure formed within the system may cause oil or oil vapor inside the pump to be drawn back into the system. This situation can lead to serious performance and quality issues in many vacuum processes.
To prevent this issue, the check valve operates in single-stage and dual-stage vacuum pumps by opening in one direction under vacuum pressure, effectively preventing the backflow of liquid and oil vapor into the system. When the pump is stopped, the valve closes, helping to maintain the negative pressure within the system.
With KF25 (ISO-KF) standard inlet and outlet connections, it offers easy installation and broad system compatibility. Its fully mechanical design requires no electronic connections.
The body, manufactured from SS304 stainless steel, provides high durability and a long service life.
